Taggart was awarded the civil works contract for Broadstreet Properties’ (headquartered in BC) first development in Ottawa. Works undertaken include topsoil removal, site grading, blasting, sewer and watermain installation, excavation for four 6-story apartment buildings, concrete and curb, asphalt and landscaping.

Project Highlights

• Sewers & Watermain: 340 m of sanitary, 515 m of storm, 550 m of watermain
• Building Excavation: Four building excavations and removal of material offsite
• Subcontractor Management: Management of Blasters, Concrete, Asphalt and Landscaping contractors
