Our sister company, Tamarack Homes, is a respected builder of residential communities throughout Ottawa - carrying forward the legacy of our founder, Harold Taggart, who began building new homes for returning war veterans in 1948. Taggart Construction Limited is proud to support Tamarack Homes' creation of Cardinal Creek Village, a multi-phase residential development with approximately 2,000 lots plus mixed-used, parks and schools. Specifically, our team prepared 227 phase 4 lots for construction - moving earth, blasting, installing retaining walls and providing sewer, watermain and roadworks including road construction and finishing curbs. All of this was done efficiently within strict deadlines to ensure the overall success of the project.
