Plaza expansion in Orleans

For this project we worked in lock-step with our Taggart Group of Companies affiliate Taggart Realty Management on an expansion of an existing plaza to accommodate Freshco. and McDonald's. Works included site grading from field of overburden to parking lot and pads for tenant buildings; sanitary, storm and watermain, including a challenging storm connection, and management of 12 subcontractors. We work well with others Along with managing twelve subcontractors, we coordinated site activities with new tenant construction managers and subcontractors, existing tenants and the Owner.
