Works undertaken include topsoil stripping, rock blasting, sewer and watermain installation including connecting to a 1200 mm diameter hand-mined horseshoe combined sewer, road building, utility installation and site grading.

Project Highlights

• Sewer: 1,052 m of storm, sanitary and combined sewer ranging from 200 mm to 1650 mm diameter and including 8.5 m deep trunk sewer.
• Watermain: 542 m of 200 mm watermain, 4 connections to existing adjacent watermain.
• Site Grading: Removal of 20,000 m³ of excess soil.
