Kanata West Business Park

Working with our sister company, Taggart Realty Management, we developed 9,000 square feet of restaurant space as part of a planned 300,000 square-foot retail node in western Kanata's commercial district. Adjacent to an existing outlet mall and minutes from Canadian Tire Centre, home of the NHL's Ottawa Senators, the project involved complete site development including pad preparation, sewer and watermain construction, and the installation of utilities. The site is finished with curbs, paved parking and beautiful landscaping to attract customers.

The Kanata West commercial development is a major project involving many contractors. We took a team approach to coordinate with each of those partners as needed throughout to ensure that, together, we achieved our overall goals.
