Residential & Commercial Site Servicing

Servicing works began in early 2023 after nearly two years of grading preparation of an old quarry. Servicing for 243 lots included dewatering, drilling & blasting, sanitary, storm sewer and watermain installation and road building.

Project Highlights

Prior to beginning the servicing contract, we completed the required grading preparation which included placing 140,000 m³ of engineered fill to upfill a 14 m deep hole in the quarry floor. Servicing then began in the winter of 2023 with the goal to have building permits by the summer of 2024.

• Hoe-Rammed Lot Rock: 19,500 m³
• Sanitary Sewer: 1,770 m
• Sanitary Sewer forcemain: 660 m
