Taggart Construction is excited to collaborate with new partners on a significant development project, consisting of two industrial warehouses, each exceeding 20,000m2. Serving under DIVCO, Taggart Construction brings its expertise to the forefront by handling all civil works. Our responsibilities include the construction of building pads, sewers and watermain, utilities installation, asphalt and concrete work, a portion of which is subcontracted to our partners. This project showcases Taggart Construction's capability and commitment to delivering high-quality infrastructure solutions in the industrial sector.

Project Highlights

Our work on the industrial warehouse development has led to several notable achievements:

• Over 120,000 tonnes of granular material placed to construct two building pads
• 900 linear meters of wall footing excavation
• 1900 m of storm and sanitary sewer; 700 m of watermain
• Concrete and asphalt work for a 27,000 m² parking lot
