Residential & Commercial Site Servicing

Works undertaken for this project included storm, sanitary and water main installation for a new subdivision in north-east Ottawa on the north side of Codd’s Road and Hemlock Road. Works also included the installation of a bioswale, erosion and sediment control measures, site grading and paving of roadways. Future works to be conducted in Phase 4 include bioswale landscaping, and the placing of bus pads, curbs, sidewalks, and multi-use pathways as well additional site servicing on Winisik Street.
